· Two full time Property Managers in each of our three St. Lucie County offices (Hutchinson Island, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce)
· All Rental Departments are open at least 6 days per week.
· “Rental’s Available” sign in front of each office with exposure to over 70,000 cars daily.
· Bi-monthly emails of available rental lists sent to Personnel Departments of most of St. Lucie County’s major employers.
· Weekly updated Rental List distributed to each of our offices.
· Well known distinctive signage displayed (where allowed).
· Property photo and details on websites.
· Weekly display advertising in the HUB Newspaper. One of the most widely read publications of Scripps Newspapers.
· Limited classified advertising.
· Referrals from numerous local Real Estate companies.
· Property input into Regional MLS – giving exposure into South Florida (Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties).
