Adele Siktar King has had her Realtor-Associate license since 1991 and her Brokers’s license since 1993.
While living in Palm Beach County, she was employed by Engle Homes and Levitt Homes. She then moved to St. Lucie County in 1997 and entered into Full-time Commercial Real Estate. She has been licenced with Hoyt C. Murphy, as a Broker Associate and has been working full time with the Commercial Property and Leasing Management of Hoyt C. Murphy Inc.
Her speciality is "Historic Downtown" Fort Pierce area which consists of historic commercial buildings and income producing properties. Her first year she brokered the sale of a group of buildings to Don King, boxing promoter.
She annually attends the International Conference of Shopping Centers Florida Conference and has extensive knowledge of leasing commercial and industrial properties.
Adele, along with John Goodman, a 20 year associate with Hoyt C. Murphy form a great commercial team.
She was a member of the Delray Beach Orchid Society for 10 years and President from 1990-1992. When she moved to Fort Pierce, she joined the Treasure Coast Bromeliad Society in 1996 and became President in 2002 till 2006. She is also a member of the St. Lucie Rock and Gem Club.
